  • How are the 53–71% yields generated?

    Returns are generated from two compounding sources: rental income (monthly tenant cash flows from commercial and residential assets) and property appreciation (capital gains from rising valuations across our managed portfolio). Both are passed through to investors on a pro-rata basis.

  • Can I exit my position before term?

    Yes. Fractional REIT positions can be listed on our internal private exchange and settled within 72 hours, subject to a 3% early exit fee. Full maturity exits are penalty-free and settled within one business day.

  • What types of property does the REIT hold?
