Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Halofinity" means Halofinity Ltd., the operator of the platform.
• "Platform" means the Halofinity website and investor dashboard at halofinity.com.
• "Investor" or "User" means any registered account holder.
• "Strategy" means an investment strategy made available through the platform (e.g., Capital Preserver, Balanced Growth).
• "Lock Period" means the minimum holding duration applicable to a strategy, as stated in the relevant prospectus.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Halofinity platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding financial agreements.
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law in your country of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to the platform is prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration & KYC

All investors must complete the identity verification (KYC) process before making deposits or investing. This includes submission of government-issued identification and proof of address. Halofinity reserves the right to reject any account application or suspend any account that fails to satisfy KYC requirements, provides false documentation, or presents red flags under AML screening procedures.

4. Investment Conditions

By placing an investment through the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Investments are subject to the lock period specified in the relevant strategy prospectus.
• Yield accrues on an hourly basis in accordance with the applicable rate range for each strategy.
• Early unlocking of locked positions may be subject to penalty terms as specified per strategy.
• Target annual returns are projections, not guarantees. Actual returns may vary.
• Halofinity's minimum investment amounts and strategy parameters may be changed with reasonable notice.

5. Deposits

Deposits are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency, to wallet addresses assigned uniquely to each investor account. Halofinity does not accept fiat currency transfers. All deposits are subject to on-chain confirmation requirements and may be subject to review before crediting. Halofinity reserves the right to reject deposits that originate from flagged or sanctioned wallet addresses.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:

• Sufficient available balance in the investor wallet.
• Completion of withdrawal verification (OTP or email confirmation as applicable).
• Applicable withdrawal fees as displayed at the time of request.
• Compliance with AML screening requirements.
• No active lock period restrictions on the funds being withdrawn.

Withdrawal processing times are estimated and not guaranteed. Blockchain network congestion may cause delays beyond Halofinity's control.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Halofinity platform to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Provide false identity information or use another person's details.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access any part of the platform through unauthorised means.
• Transmit malware, spam, or disruptive code.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate platform metrics, yield calculations, or account balances.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of accrued yield, and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Halofinity reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The account is associated with fraudulent activity.
• KYC documentation is found to be forged or misrepresented.
• The account breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• Required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Suspended accounts will be notified of the reason for suspension (where legally permissible) and may appeal through the support system.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Halofinity platform — including but not limited to text, design, logos, prospectus documents, graphics, software, and strategy data — is the intellectual property of Halofinity Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halofinity Ltd. shall not be liable for any losses arising from: market conditions affecting investment returns, platform downtime, third-party service failures, blockchain network issues, or investor decisions made based on platform information. Our total liability to any investor shall not exceed the principal sum deposited on the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Amendments

Halofinity reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered investors via email with a minimum of 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Halofinity Ltd.'s registration. In the event of a dispute, investors are encouraged first to contact our support team. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration or the appropriate judicial body in the applicable jurisdiction.
