Getting Started
The minimum first deposit is $500 USD. Subsequent deposits have no minimum — you may top up any amount above your chosen strategy's investment threshold.
Go to Deposit in your dashboard sidebar after logging in. You can fund via bank transfer, debit or credit card, or cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Each method shows exact instructions and expected clearance times. There is no platform fee on deposits.
Card deposits: typically 1–4 hours. Cryptocurrency: after required network confirmations — BTC ~10 min, ETH/ERC20 ~3 min, TRC20 ~1 min. Bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your sending bank.
Halofinity accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (ERC20 & TRC20), and USDC (ERC20). Always use the exact wallet address shown in your dashboard — do not reuse addresses across separate transactions.
Yes. KYC must be approved before any investment position can be opened. You can fund your account and submit KYC documents simultaneously — you do not need to wait for one before starting the other.
For most investors: registration takes under 5 minutes, KYC review takes up to 24 hours, and card or crypto deposits clear within hours. From start to an active position — typically under 2 business days.
Investments & Yield
Five strategies are available: Capital Preserver (37–45% APY, from $500) · Balanced Growth (51–67% APY, from $1,000) · Real Estate Trust (53–71% APY, from $5,000) · Private Wealth Index (71–91% APY, from $10,000) · Aggressive Equity (83–112% APY, from $1,000). APY ranges reflect Flexible to Annual lock tiers respectively.
Three structures: Flexible — no commitment, base APY, exit at any time. Fixed Quarter — 90-day or 6-month term, mid-tier APY. Annual — 12-month term, peak APY. The structure is selected when you open a position and cannot be changed after the position activates.
Yield accrues every hour from the moment your position opens. The formula per hour is:
invested × (APY ÷ 100) ÷ 8,760. Your dashboard shows the running total in real time. On the 1st of each calendar month, all accrued yield from the prior month is consolidated into your withdrawable balance.On the 1st of each calendar month, all accrued yield for the prior month is moved to your withdrawable balance. You can then withdraw it, reinvest it, or let it accumulate for the next cycle.
Yes. You can hold multiple active positions simultaneously — across different strategies, lock tiers, and amounts. Each position accrues yield independently at its own confirmed APY rate.
Yes. When yield is credited to your withdrawable balance on the 1st of the month, you can deposit it into any strategy. Reinvesting increases your invested principal and grows the yield base for the next accrual cycle — effectively compounding your returns.
Annual management fees range from 1.5% (Capital Preserver) to 4% (Aggressive Equity), deducted on a pro-rated monthly basis from accrued yield before it is credited to your balance. There are no deposit entry fees and no exit fees on Flexible positions. Fixed-term early exits carry a strategy-specific fee — see the strategy prospectus for the exact rate.
At maturity, your principal and all final accrued yield are moved to your withdrawable balance automatically. You will receive an email confirmation. Funds do not auto-reinvest — you choose whether to withdraw or open a new position.

Withdrawals
Log in and go to Withdraw in your sidebar. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm. If OTP verification is enabled in your security settings, a one-time code is sent to your registered email before the withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. Most complete within a few hours. Requests submitted after 4:00 PM WAT or on weekends are queued and processed the next business day.
Cryptocurrency: BTC $5 · ETH $4 · USDT/USDC ERC20 $3 · USDT TRC20 $1. Bank transfer withdrawal fees vary by the receiving country and bank, and are shown clearly at the confirmation step before you submit.
Yes. Submit an early unlock request from your Holdings page. An early exit fee applies — the rate varies by strategy and lock tier and is documented in the strategy prospectus. Settlement is completed within 72 hours of approval.
Yes, while the status is still Pending. Cancel from the Withdraw page and the funds are immediately returned to your available balance. Once a withdrawal moves to Processing status, it cannot be cancelled.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD equivalent. There is no single-transaction maximum, but large withdrawals above $20,000 may require a 24-hour review period as part of our standard AML obligations.
KYC & Account
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a legal requirement under AML regulations in all jurisdictions where Halofinity operates. Verification protects your account by ensuring only you can open positions and move funds, and unlocks full platform access including higher transaction limits.
Identity document: valid passport, national ID card, or driver's licence. Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and current residential address — dated within the last 90 days. Mobile phone bills are acceptable if they show a physical address. PO box addresses are not accepted.
Most submissions are reviewed within 24 hours. Complex cases or cases requiring additional documentation may extend to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your status changes — approved, rejected, or pending further information.
The rejection notification will specify the exact reason (e.g. blurry image, expired document, address mismatch). Correct the issue and resubmit — there is no limit on resubmissions. If you believe the rejection is incorrect, open a support ticket and our compliance team will review your case directly.
Yes. Go to Settings → Account. Both your old and new email addresses must be verified during the change. For security, a 24-hour withdrawal hold is applied after an email address change.
Yes. Corporate accounts require entity KYC — company registration documents, proof of company address, and identity verification for all directors and beneficial owners (25%+ shareholding). Contact support to begin the corporate onboarding process.
Security
Email OTP (one-time password) verification can be enabled independently for login, investment actions, and withdrawals — all configurable in Settings → Security. We strongly recommend enabling it for all three. You can also self-lock your account immediately from the Security settings page if you suspect any unauthorised activity.
Do not share the code with anyone. Contact us immediately at [email protected] or via live chat, and change your password right away. Halofinity staff will never ask you for your OTP code under any circumstances — ignore any request that does.
Go to Settings → Password in your dashboard. You will need to enter your current password to set a new one. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it via your registered email.
Immediately go to Settings → Security and enable Account Lock to freeze all activity. Then email [email protected] with the subject: "Suspected Unauthorised Access — [your registered email]". Our security team responds within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm WAT).
No. Halofinity will never contact you asking for your password, OTP code, or wallet private keys via any channel — email, chat, or phone. Any such communication is fraudulent. Report it to [email protected] immediately.
Referrals
Share your unique referral link — found in the Referrals section of your dashboard. When someone registers through your link and makes their first qualifying deposit with an approved KYC, you earn a referral bonus credited directly to your withdrawable balance.
Referral bonuses are credited within 48 hours of your referred user's first qualifying deposit being confirmed and their KYC status being approved. You will receive an email notification when the bonus is applied to your account.
No limit. You can refer as many people as you like and there is no cap on the referral bonuses you earn. The programme is ongoing with no expiry date.
No. Referral bonuses only apply to new registrations made through your referral link before the referred user creates their account. Referrals for existing account holders cannot be retroactively applied.
