Published Prospectuses for Every Strategy
Every investment strategy is documented in a full strategy prospectus. These are not marketing brochures — they are operational documents that specify the exact APY range, fee structure, lock period mechanics, early exit terms, risk disclosures, and the allocation methodology used by portfolio managers. Every prospectus is updated quarterly and publicly downloadable without registration.
Independent Quarterly Audits
Platform performance, portfolio allocations, and payout records are audited by an independent third-party firm every quarter. The scope of each audit covers: yield delivery verification, AML transaction sampling, investor balance reconciliation, and KYC process review. Audit summaries are published in the Transparency Portal within 15 business days of completion.
Real-Time Dashboard Reporting
Every investor's dashboard reflects live position data updated in real time. Accrual calculations are shown hourly. Transaction history, position logs, and payout records are permanently retained and exportable in CSV format at any time. No data is hidden, averaged, or presented with artificial delay.
