01 — Step by Step

Deposit & Withdrawal Processes Side by Side

Both processes are handled entirely inside your secure dashboard. No phone calls, no branch visits, no third-party portals.

Navigate to Deposit
From your dashboard, select Deposit in the left sidebar. Choose the funding method that suits you — bank transfer, card, or crypto.

Enter Amount & Confirm
Enter the deposit amount (minimum $500 for first deposit). Confirm the details on the review screen. No amount is sent until you explicitly confirm.

Transfer & await confirmation
Complete the transfer from your bank or card provider. Bank transfers clear within 1–3 business days. Card and crypto deposits typically reflect within minutes to a few hours.

Funds Credited — Invest
Once confirmed, your balance is updated immediately. You can then allocate funds to any available strategy and your position clock starts the next business day at 00:00 UTC.

Getting Your Money Out

Navigate to Withdraw
From your dashboard, select Withdraw. You can only withdraw from your available balance — not from funds locked in an active fixed-term position.

Select Amount & Destination
Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm your destination bank account or wallet. Destination details must match your KYC-verified identity — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.

Security Confirmation
A one-time confirmation code is sent to your registered email or phone. Entering this code authorises the withdrawal request for compliance purposes.

Settlement & Receipt
Standard withdrawals settle within one business day (T+1). You receive an email confirmation with a transaction reference number once funds are dispatched.

02 — Funding Methods

How You Can Send & Receive Funds

Multiple funding methods are supported. Each has different processing times and applicable limits outlined below.

Direct wire transfer from your verified bank account. Suitable for all deposit sizes including large institutional amounts. No platform fee applied. Your bank may charge a sending fee — check with your provider.

Instant card funding via our payment processor. Available for deposits up to $25,000 per transaction. A 1.5% processing fee is applied by the card network — this is not a Halofinity charge and cannot be waived.

Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT / ETH)
Crypto deposits are converted to USD at the confirmed exchange rate at the time of network confirmation. Minimum 2 block confirmations required. No platform conversion fee — network gas fees are borne by the sender.

03 — Limits & Timing

Transaction Limits at a Glance

All limits are per-transaction unless stated. Account-level daily limits are applied across all methods combined.

The lowest amount accepted on a first deposit. This matches the Capital Preserver minimum investment. Subsequent deposits have no minimum above $1.
Maximum Card Deposit
$25,000
Per transaction card limit imposed by the payment processor. For larger amounts use bank transfer, which carries no upper limit above the AML documentation threshold.
Minimum Withdrawal
$100
The minimum amount that can be dispatched in a single withdrawal request. Smaller available balances below this threshold may be held until topped up or combined with a payout.
Daily Withdrawal Limit
$50,000
Standard daily withdrawal cap across all methods. Institutional accounts ($100k+ AUM) may request an elevated limit through investor relations with a 48-hour approval.

05 — Important Restrictions

What Cannot Be Withdrawn & Why

Not every balance on your account is immediately withdrawable. Understanding these distinctions prevents confusion at the point of request.

Locked position principal — Capital allocated to a Fixed Quarter or Annual lock position cannot be withdrawn until the term matures (or via early exit with the applicable fee). The position's accrued yield is available monthly as a payout regardless.

Pending deposit balance — Funds that have been sent but not yet confirmed on the platform cannot be withdrawn until they clear. Bank transfers in transit sit in pending status and are not part of your available balance.

Unverified account balance — Any account without full KYC approval cannot process withdrawals. Funds are safe and held, but the withdrawal function is locked until verification is complete.

Compliance-held balance — In rare cases where a deposit triggers an AML screening flag, the relevant funds are held for compliance review. This does not affect the rest of your account balance and is resolved typically within 3–5 business days.

06 — Common Questions

Deposit & Withdrawal Questions

Withdrawals must be directed to an account in your own name, matching your KYC-verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under our AML policy. If you close the original bank account, contact investor relations to update your withdrawal destination — this requires a brief reverification step.
No. Withdrawals of accrued yield — whether from monthly payouts or maturity settlements — carry no platform fee. The only fee that applies to withdrawals is the early exit penalty (2–4% of principal) on fixed-term positions that are exited before maturity. Standard maturity withdrawals are always free.
First check that your bank confirms the transfer was dispatched and obtain the transaction reference number (SWIFT reference or SEPA end-to-end ID). Then contact investor relations via your dashboard with the reference number. Most delays are caused by intermediary bank handling and are resolved within 1–2 additional business days once the reference is traced.
All account balances and investment positions are denominated in USD. If you deposit in a foreign currency via bank transfer, your bank performs the conversion before the wire is dispatched. For crypto deposits, the confirmed USD value at the time of network confirmation is credited. There is no platform-side currency conversion fee, though bank FX spreads will apply at source.
You receive an email confirmation the moment your withdrawal is dispatched from the platform, containing a transaction reference number and the expected arrival date. Your dashboard Transactions page also updates to show the withdrawal in Dispatched status with a timestamp. If funds do not arrive by the expected date, use the reference number to follow up with your bank.
